Sea Nymphs

seanymphspreorderadweb

Long, long, ago  William D Drake was the keyboardist in the extraordinary band, Cardiacs. During this time, Mr Drake, Mr Tim Smith and Mrs Sarah Squid-Smith (of Cardiacs) wrote and recorded a separate collection of exquisite songs and tunes together – eventually the three called themselves Sea Nymphs and several recordings were released in haphazard fashion, the first album ‘Sea Nymphs’ was released in 1992 & 1995. A second album was created, but for reasons long forgotten it was not released: it’s very existence became myth, with just three tantalising songs (from it), recorded for a John Peel Session in 1998.

In 2015 Mr Smith gathered his trusty companions to finally complete the second album –  ‘On The Dry Landby Sea Nymphs is on sale from 4th November 2016 from cardiacs.net along with the re-issued ‘Sea Nymphs‘ by Sea Nymphs re-packaged on digipac CD and vinyl.
